Ending Summer, into the Holiday Season
As summer engagement season winds down, winter engagement season tends to move a little more slowly—but it is quickly replaced by the excitement of holiday gifting. This is one of the busiest and most meaningful times of year, and I’m prepared and excited for the commissions ahead.
A major focus for Caleb William Jewelers right now is growing our social-media presence organically while continuing to build through referral. Much of my work has come from people recommending me to friends and family, and I’m incredibly grateful for that. Referrals create a unique kind of trust from the beginning: there is more confidence in the process, clearer purpose behind the piece, and less hesitation when it comes to creating something personal.
Thank you to everyone who has spoken highly of my work, shared my name, and trusted me with some of life’s most important treasures. I never take that responsibility lightly.
Recently, I had a conversation with a friend about what it takes to build a viable brand—and the mentality behind it. For me, the foundation has never been solely about the dollar. I’m motivated by the opportunity to create something that will be loved for a lifetime: a piece that carries meaning, reflects a person’s story, and becomes part of the memories that matter most.
My pricing is intentionally competitive at this stage because I want to continue building volume, honing my skills, and connecting with more people who are looking for a handmade piece of jewelry. I want every client to have access to someone who is genuinely inspired by sparkle, color, craftsmanship, and the process of bringing an idea to life.
That said, I also recognize that as the work grows in complexity—and as I dedicate more time to each individual commission—there will be a need to raise pricing and limit the number of projects I accept. I want to remain transparent about expectations while protecting the time, care, and creativity that every piece deserves.
Simple has never been my personal style—and “simple” can mean many things. I look forward to continuing to discover my niche in this space, creating the kinds of pieces that move me, challenge me, and become lasting treasures for the people who wear them.
