02 — I come back with a quote.

I'll follow up within 48 hours with a rough quote and any clarifying questions. No commitment required at this stage.

03 — We lock it in.

Once design, price, and timeline are agreed on, I require a 50–100% deposit to begin. I'll send updates as I work. Timeline is accurate but subject to minor flex.

All sales are final. Every piece is built to order.
