We offer return or exchange on new/unworn stock pieces within 14 days of delivery(Holiday Exceptions). For custom there is no return or exchange offered, as it will be tailored to your exact requests.

Your engagement ring should fit like “Cinderella’s Slipper”. First sizing is free, with complementary adjustments with wedding band soldering.

Sizing up will be retail equivalent for the desired length. Sizing down is $50(Lobster) or $100(Box) flat fee depending on clasp type.

Custom typically takes 10-14 business days finalization of design. Expedited service is available, just ask!

At Caleb William Jewelers, I handcraft every necklace personally in sterling silver or gold, sized and finished to your exact spec. You want transparency on materials, a clear quote before any deposit, and someone who communicates throughout the process. That's the standard I hold myself to on every order.

I'll follow up within 48 hours with a rough quote and any questions I have. Once we've aligned on the design, price, and timeline, I require a 50–100% deposit to begin. From there I build it by hand and keep you updated throughout. Every engagement ring I make is one of one — designed around the person wearing it.

Caleb William Jewelers works in both sterling silver and gold — yellow, white, and rose — across all custom pieces. Most of my in-stock designs in The Forge are available in either metal, and pricing adjusts accordingly. For custom orders, we decide on metal together based on your design, budget, and how you plan to wear it. I'll always give you an honest recommendation for what will hold up best for the specific piece.
